INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT

Go Pro Pest Solutions follows Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles. Service is based on inspection findings, pest activity, seasonal conditions and the specific needs of the property. Treatment may include targeted pesticide applications, baits, traps, monitoring devices, exclusion recommendations, sanitation guidance and other preventive measures. Pesticide products are applied only when and where appropriate. Not every area of the property will receive treatment during every service visit, and interior treatment is generally performed when pest activity, inspection findings or customer concerns indicate a need.

PLAN TERMS AND LIMITATIONS

Starting prices are based on qualifying residential properties within the Go Pro Pest Solutions standard service area and may vary based on property size, condition, pest activity, access and service requirements. Specialty pests and services, including bed bugs, German cockroaches, fleas, wildlife, structural infestations, major stinging-insect colonies and certain termite conditions, may require separate inspection and pricing. Initial service or setup fees may apply. Services are performed using Integrated Pest Management principles and treatment methods are selected based on inspection findings and actual pest conditions.

*“Covers 30+ pests” refers to common household pests included within the applicable general pest program. Specialty pests and condition, including but not limited to bed bugs, German cockroaches, fleas, severe infestations, structural bee colonies, wildlife, bat activity, major stinging-insect colonies, wood-destroying organisms and other unusual or complex condition, may require separate inspection, treatment and pricing.

*Termite protection is subject to initial inspection, property qualification, treatment history, structural conditions and the termite protection plan selected. Installation, corrective treatment, monitoring, renewal or warranty fees may apply. Termite coverage includes re-treatment of affected areas and does not include repair of termite-related structural damage.

*Mosquito and tick control is intended to reduce pest populations and activity but cannot eliminate all mosquitoes or ticks from an outdoor environment. Treatment frequency may vary based on weather, season, property conditions and pest pressure.

*Fire ant treatment applies to accessible, observed activity within the covered treatment area. Large areas, recurring, inaccessible or extraordinary infestations may require additional treatment or separate pricing.

*Re-service and priority scheduling apply to covered pests and services. Requests received after normal business hours, on weekends or holidays may be addressed beginning the next business day. Emergency, specialty or non-covered services may be subject to additional charges.
